It’s a long day! Please make sure you are prepared.

Clothes - comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes should be worn.

Water/Food - Students are in charge of their own lunch and water bottle. We will have refilling stations.

Instrument - don’t forget your instrument! Percussion students should come with drum sticks.

Marching Band dues (also known as Fair Share Dues) are $550 for the season and are paid via Booster Hub. All members are required to pay dues including Color Guard, Competition Band, and Friday Night Band.

The band performs at home games (on field performances) for the length of the football season. They will also attend most of the away games and play-off games and play in the stands (no on-field performance).

Typically there will be two to four competitions that the band will travel to, these are all-day events.

In prior years the band was invited to “Band Day” at USC where we performed on the field with the USC band and other invited high schools. This year we will not be attending “Band Day” at USC.

On home and away game nights, dinner is provided to students before the game.

Transportation will be provided to and from the away games.

Water will be provided to all students in the band, but they must bring their water bottles.

Concessions are available for purchase and students will have time slotted to visit concessions during the games.

Competition days are all day, and into the night events. Students will travel by bus to the competition and will help load and unload equipment, instruments, and uniforms.

Volunteers are always needed on Competition day. All students are required to attend all competitions unless the director pre-approves your absent. A full Itinerary will be made public about a week or two prior via Booster Hub in the Itinerary chat.
